due to the present situation regarding pandemia of corona virus, we think that we should postpone organization of Indoor Freediving World Championship in Belgrade, 14-20.06.2020.
New date will be fixed depending of global situation in the world.

This year the Serbian Underwater Association organizes the CMAS World Freediving Indoors Championship in Belgrade, Serbia.
On behalf of the World Underwater Federation – CMAS, I welcome you to this important event that will gather many Countries from all Continents, in the name of the sport that has always brought out the best in those who compete.
Sport, the only universal language, is a ground of comparison and emulation, but it can also offer good chances to better know and appreciate each other.
I am sure that, besides pure competitive results, the CMAS World Freediving Indoors Championship will respect these principles.
Popularity of Freediving is growing every year: the records reached during the previous World Championships, are confirmation of good development. For that, I have to thank the President of the Serbian Federation, Bozana Ostojic, to be an important part of this developement since many years. Bozana is giving a lot to CMAS. We are expecting a great success for this Championship.
We wish a wonderful stay in this wonderful city Belgrade, the white city, new records to the Athletes and all the best to the Organizers.

This event represents the continued legacy of Serbian freediving and I sincerely thank CMAS for the confidence shown with once again enthrusting us such a large event. Furthermore, I thank our partners – the city of Belgrade and the Ministry of youth and sports for their support and commitment in the event.
